1:1 Integration Mapping
Private coaching for Act 3 (crisis navigation) or Act 4 (integration work).
What it is Beat mapping → experiment design → integration tracking. We surface patterns you can’t see from inside, design nervous-system experiments, and measure via the Tuesday Test.
Structure
Initial (90 min): pattern map, name the Big Lie, design first experiment
Ongoing (60 min): weekly or bi-weekly; debrief results, refine practices
Typical Duration: 3–6 months
